II. General terms of use

Access to and use of the Website confer the status of user and imply full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision included in this Legal Notice, in the version published at the time the user accesses the Website.

The use of certain services offered through the Website may be subject to specific conditions which, as the case may be, will supplement, replace and/or amend these general conditions. Before using such services, the user must carefully read the corresponding specific conditions.

III. Purpose of the Website

Omicron Knowledge Base is an online platform that allows users to create an account, upload certain file types (pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, txt and md), create rich text notes and knowledge capsules, store them in encrypted form and perform queries and searches on their content using natural language processing and artificial intelligence technologies. The platform also allows users to connect external databases for natural language SQL queries and to store private credentials (passwords, API keys, TOTP secrets, etc.) in an encrypted personal vault.

IV. Intellectual and industrial property

The design of the Website, source code, texts, logos, trademarks and other elements that form part of it are owned by the Website owner or third‑party licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation not expressly authorised in writing by the owner is prohibited.

V. Liability of the owner

The owner does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the Website, although reasonable efforts will be made to ensure proper functioning and to minimise interruptions.

The owner shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from:

• Failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause suspension, cancellation or interruption of the service.
• Presence of malware or other elements that may cause alterations in the user's computer systems.
• The use that users make of the Website or of the documents, notes and capsules they decide to upload or create, each user being solely responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient rights to use and process the content they store on the platform.

VI. User‑generated content

Users are solely responsible for the content of the documents they upload to the Website and the notes and knowledge capsules they create, including files in pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, txt and md formats. The owner does not carry out prior supervision of such content and acts as a mere provider of hosting and processing services.

Users undertake not to upload or create content that is contrary to law, morality or public order, or that infringes third‑party rights (for example, intellectual property or data protection rights). If the owner becomes aware of any unlawful content or content that infringes third‑party rights, such content may be removed or access to it blocked, without prejudice to any legal actions that may be appropriate.

With respect to credentials stored in the personal vault, users must only store credentials they are authorised to hold. The Service encrypts all credential fields at rest and never exposes passwords, usernames or authentication keys to any AI service or to the administrator.

VII. Links

The Website may contain links to other websites managed by third parties over which the owner has no control. The presence of such links does not imply recommendation, approval or endorsement by the owner of the content, services or information provided on those websites.

VIII. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. In particular, the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI‑CE), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) shall apply.

The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
